- Prior work experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required
- Great personality and people-oriented
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
- Ability to work two out of three weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Job Duties
- Greet party guests with a smile as the first face they see
- Execute parties flawlessly including setup, guest assistance, and food service
- Manage timing to maintain high energy and smooth transitions
- Prepare party rooms for new guests efficiently
- Assist in a variety of park roles with training provided to prevent job monotony
