Job Requirements

First Aid and CPR certification current or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
Must be at least 16 years of age on first day of work
Ability to work flexible part-time hours including Fridays and weekends
Compassionate and inclusive attitude
Effective communication skills
Ability to adapt to shifting challenges

Job Qualifications

Experience working with children
Ability to manage group dynamics
Energetic and upbeat personality
Bilingual skills preferred
Current or ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification within 30 days
Minimum age of 16 years

Job Duties

Bring enthusiasm to every party
Work with kids, ages toddler to teen
Know how to manage a group
Lead group games
Guide arts and crafts sessions
Sing songs with party participants
Adapt activities to engage diverse groups
