Job Requirements
- At least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Availability to work two out of three weekend days
- Comfortable working in a lively, fast-paced environment
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years old
- Prior retail or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Great personality and people-oriented
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
- Availability to work two out of three weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Job Duties
- Greet party guests with a smile as the first point of contact
- Execute parties perfectly including setting up the room, assisting parents and guests, and serving hot, fresh pizza
- Maintain perfect timing to pump up energy, bring out the cake, and prepare the party room for the next guests
- Work in a diverse range of roles across the park through cross-training
- Ensure a fun and high-energy environment throughout the party events
- Assist with party clean-up and resetting spaces for future events
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to deliver excellent service
