Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- prior event or hospitality experience preferred
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs for setup and cleanup
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- reliable, organized, and adaptable in fast-paced settings
- weekend and evening availability required
- hospitality, events, or sales experience preferred
Job Duties
- Welcome guests, manage event flow, and ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience
- prepare, clean, and reset event spaces
- assist with food, beverage, and equipment setup
- supervise on-field or party activities and support coaches/referees when scheduled
- promote and upsell Sofive offerings including coaching staff, extended bookings, and party upgrades
- report guest feedback, issues, or additional needs to the Manager
