Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old
Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Strong communication skills
Ability to engage with children and adults
Physically able to manage party setup and transitions
Customer service orientation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years old
Prior experience in hospitality or retail is preferred but not required
Strong communication skills and a people-oriented personality are essential
Ability to work at least two out of three weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Team-oriented, flexible, and able to adapt to various roles within the park

Job Duties

Greet and welcome party guests with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
Set up the party room, keep it clean, and ensure all party preparations are complete before guests arrive
Coordinate with parents or organizers to ensure party details and expectations are met
Serve food and refreshments, such as pizza and cake, in a timely manner
Facilitate party activities, keep the energy high, and engage with children and parents throughout the event
Transition between parties efficiently, preparing the room for the next event
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate issues as needed
