- prior work experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required
- great personality and people-oriented
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
- ability to work two out of three weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Job Duties
- greet party guests with a smile and friendly attitude
- execute parties flawlessly including setup, assisting guests, and serving food
- manage timing to keep energy high and activities flowing smoothly
- prepare party rooms for incoming guests
- be trained to work in diverse roles within the park to keep the work varied
