Job Requirements
- Ability to remain standing for long periods

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events simultaneously including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage customers of all ages in a fun and creative environment
- Demonstrate craft projects and provide instructions to participants
- Prepare and set up birthday party add-ons like goodie bags and balloons following company standards
- Inform customers and store team members about upcoming events
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering emails, making calls, and completing paperwork as needed
- Adjust event plans and create contingency plans based on feedback and client needs
- Ensure customer satisfaction during scheduled events
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards by setting up, cleaning, and organizing before and after each event
- Assist customers with shopping and locating products
- Provide fast and friendly checkout service
- Promote rewards programs and private label credit card
- Support omnichannel processes including online order pickup and store shipping
- Participate in unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and planogram setups
- Execute stock optimization tasks and weekly sale displays
- Support loss prevention and security programs
- Follow standard operating procedures and company programs for compliance
- Interact respectfully and positively with customers and team members
- Participate in daily store cleaning tasks including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom cleanliness
- Receive training for sales and framing production
