Urban Air Brockton seeks to hire a dedicated and dynamic Party Coordinator to manage the birthday party department, focusing on delivering memorable celebrations for diverse groups including birthday parties, church events, sports gatherings, corporate team building activities, and more. This role requires the candidate to be the first point of contact for guests, actively working to understand their needs and tailor the perfect combination of food, drinks, and attractions that match the specific occasion and preferences. The Party Coordinator is also responsible for training and supervising party staff members, ensuring seamless birthday operations, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.
