Job Duties
- manage the entire birthday party department
- serve as the first point of contact for guests
- design customized party packages combining food, drinks, and attractions
- train and oversee party staff members
- ensure strict adherence to the party management system
- exceed guest expectations and ensure 100% guest satisfaction
- collaborate with the leadership team to drive financial results
- maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment
- follow up with guests post-event to confirm satisfaction
- perform other duties as assigned while supporting the team
