The Party Coordinator is responsible not only for selling fun but also for working closely with the Park Team to ensure every event is seamless, enjoyable, and exceeds guest expectations.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to respond to leads in a timely manner

Job Duties
- Serve as first point of contact for guests interested in party packages
- Design customized food, drinks, and attractions packages for various group events

- Collaborate with Park Team to deliver excellent guest experiences
- Manage bookings and sales targets, aiming for repeat business and referrals
- Resolve conflicts quickly and fairly to maintain customer satisfaction
- Participate in team activities and assist with other duties as assigned
