Job Duties
- Act as the first point of contact for guests planning group events
- customize party packages combining food, drinks, and attractions
- respond promptly to sales leads
- build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- collaborate with park team to deliver excellent guest experiences
- follow up with guests post-event to ensure satisfaction
- work with leadership to drive financial results and meet sales goals
