Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in sales or customer service
- ability to work weekends and evening shifts
- strong organizational skills
- ability to multitask effectively
- positive attitude and team player
- basic computer skills including email and booking software

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests
- design custom party packages combining food, drinks, and attractions
- aggressively follow up on all sales leads within one business day
- maintain and exceed sales goals
- collaborate with park team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- handle conflict resolution quickly and fairly
- support team members and participate in other duties as assigned
