Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests planning group events
- Design customized party packages including food, drinks, and attractions
- Respond promptly to all leads and guest inquiries
- Collaborate with the park team to ensure outstanding guest experiences
- Maintain excellent verbal and written communication with guests
- Resolve conflicts quickly and fairly when they arise
- Follow up with guests post-event to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
