Job Duties
- manage the entire birthday party department
- serve as first point of contact for guests designing events
- coordinate food, drinks, and attractions for various group events
- train party staff members
- oversee birthday party operations
- ensure compliance with party management system
- collaborate with leadership team to drive financial results
