Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Availability to work weekend and evening shifts
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic computer proficiency

- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests interested in group events
- Collaborate with guests to design customized party packages that include food, drinks, and attractions
- Respond to all sales leads promptly, within the same or next business day
- Work with the Park Team to ensure an excellent guest experience
- Manage bookings for events up to three months in advance
- Resolve customer conflicts quickly and fairly
- Contribute positively to the team environment and support team members
