Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred
  • Availability to work weekend and evening shifts
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean workplace

Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests interested in group events
  • Collaborate with guests to design customized party packages that include food, drinks, and attractions
  • Respond to all sales leads promptly, within the same or next business day
  • Work with the Park Team to ensure an excellent guest experience
  • Manage bookings for events up to three months in advance
  • Resolve customer conflicts quickly and fairly
  • Contribute positively to the team environment and support team members
