Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Ability to work weekends and evenings
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude
- Capacity to handle conflict resolution calmly and fairly
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment
- Flexible availability to meet scheduling needs
- Must be able to work in business casual attire
- Willingness to perform additional duties as required
Job Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong sales and customer service experience

- Experience in event planning or hospitality is a plus
Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for Urban Air guests
- Design customized party packages that include food, drinks, and attractions
- Respond to all sales leads promptly, within the same or next business day
- Collaborate with the Park Team to ensure excellent guest experiences during group events
- Follow up with customers post-event to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
- Book party and group events up to three months in advance
- Represent Urban Air with enthusiasm and energy to promote the brand and its offerings
- Resolve conflicts quickly and fairly to maintain guest satisfaction
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support team and operational efficiency
