Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests planning events
- Design customized party packages combining food, drinks, and attractions
- Respond promptly to all leads, typically within the same or next business day
- Collaborate with park team to ensure excellent guest experiences during events
- Maintain positive relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
- Promote and sell party packages and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
- Support store leadership in achieving financial goals
- Uphold safety, sanitation, and security standards in the work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet operational needs
