Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work full shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage staff and train team members
- experience with customer service
- ability to resolve conflict

Job Duties
- Manage the entire birthday party department
- serve as the first point of contact for guests
- design customized birthday parties and group events including food, drinks, and attractions
- train and manage party staff members
- oversee birthday party operations and ensure party management system compliance
- maintain excellent customer satisfaction and resolve conflicts quickly and fairly
- collaborate with leadership to drive financial results
- represent Urban Air with energy and enthusiasm
- follow up with guests to ensure expectations are exceeded
- maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment
