Job Duties
- serve as the first point of contact for guests looking to book parties or group events
- design tailored party packages including food, drinks, and attractions
- respond to all sales leads promptly within the same or next business day
- meet and exceed booking sales goals consistently
- collaborate with the park team to deliver excellent guest experiences for all groups
- resolve conflicts quickly and fairly to ensure customer satisfaction
- support team members and participate in additional duties as assigned
