Job Duties
- serve as the first point of contact for guests
- design party packages combining food, drinks, and attractions
- respond to all leads promptly
- book events three months in advance
- ensure excellent customer experience
- resolve conflicts quickly and fairly
- collaborate with park team to deliver outstanding guest service
