Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in party coordination or event planning preferred
- availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- ability to work evenings and weekend shifts
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask effectively

Job Duties
- Manage the entire birthday party department
- serve as the first point of contact for Urban Air guests
- design customized party packages including food, drinks, and attractions
- train and mentor party staff members
- oversee party management system compliance
- ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
- resolve conflicts quickly and fairly
