Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests planning group events
- design customized party packages including food, drinks and attractions
- respond to leads promptly within the same or next business day
- book events up to three months in advance
- collaborate with park team to ensure excellent guest experience
- resolve guest concerns quickly and fairly
- contribute to achieving store financial goals through sales and relationship-building
