Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests looking to book party events
- Design personalized party packages combining food, drinks, and attractions for various group events
- Respond to sales leads promptly, ensuring timely follow-up within the same or next business day
- Collaborate with the park team to deliver excellent guest experiences for all group bookings
- Maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Resolve conflicts quickly and fairly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Participate in team efforts to drive financial results and support overall park success
