- experience in family entertainment or hospitality is a plus
Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests looking to book events
- sell customized party packages for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team-building and other group functions
- respond promptly to all sales inquiries within one business day
- work with park teams to deliver an excellent guest experience for all groups
- maintain positive relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- resolve conflicts quickly and fairly
- support team members and collaborate with leadership to achieve financial goals
- ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
- perform other duties as assigned
