Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests planning parties and group events
- Collaborate with guests to design customized party packages including food, drinks, and attractions
- Respond to sales leads promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with park staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience
- Maintain and exceed sales goals for booked party events
- Manage advance bookings typically three months ahead
- Resolve conflicts quickly and fairly to maintain high guest satisfaction
