Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests seeking to book parties and events
- Design customized party packages incorporating food, drinks, and attractions
- Respond promptly to all leads, ensuring follow-up within one business day
- Collaborate with park teams to ensure excellent guest experience during events
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions
- Resolve conflicts quickly and fairly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Support the leadership team in driving sales and financial results
