Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests seeking to book parties and events
  • Design customized party packages incorporating food, drinks, and attractions
  • Respond promptly to all leads, ensuring follow-up within one business day
  • Collaborate with park teams to ensure excellent guest experience during events
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions
  • Resolve conflicts quickly and fairly to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Support the leadership team in driving sales and financial results
