Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests
- design customized party packages combining food, drinks, and attractions
- respond promptly to all leads within the same or next business day
- book events three months or more in advance
- collaborate with Park Team to deliver excellent guest experiences
- resolve guest conflicts quickly and fairly
- promote safety and security within the park environment
