Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests looking to book group events
- Design party packages combining food, drinks, and attractions to suit customer needs
- Respond to all sales leads promptly, typically within the same or next business day
- Collaborate with the park team to ensure excellent guest experiences during booked events
- Achieve and exceed sales goals by booking events months in advance
- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and handle conflict resolution quickly and fairly
- Support safety and cleanliness protocols within the park environment
