Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- willingness to work evening shifts during the week
- ability to lead and manage a team
- customer service experience
- capability to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment

Job Duties
- Manage the birthday party department
- serve as the first point of contact for guests
- design custom food, drink, and attraction packages for group events
- train and manage party staff members
- ensure party management system adherence
- exceed guest expectations
- assist with financial performance and team leadership
- maintain a safe and clean environment
- resolve conflicts quickly and fairly
- contribute to other duties as assigned
