- Previous experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and evening shifts
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts quickly and fairly

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for group event bookings
- Design customized party packages combining food, drinks, and attractions
- Respond to all leads promptly, usually within the same or next business day
- Collaborate with the Park Team to ensure an excellent guest experience
- Promote and sell party packages to meet or exceed sales goals
- Follow up with guests post-event to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Maintain a safe, well-organized, and sanitary event environment
- Participate in team activities and assist colleagues as needed
- Actively contribute to a positive and energetic workplace culture
