Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work Saturday, Sunday, and/or evening shifts during the week
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing and personable nature
- Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Ability to respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and guest satisfaction

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests interested in booking group events
- Design customized party packages combining food, drinks, and attractions
- Respond promptly to leads within the same or next business day
- Book events months in advance to meet and exceed sales goals
- Collaborate with park team to deliver excellent guest experiences
- Resolve conflicts quickly and fairly ensuring guest satisfaction
- Assist leadership in driving financial results and supporting the team
