Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Sell party packages and group events
- Respond to all leads promptly within the same or next business day
- Work closely with the Park Team to ensure excellent guest experiences
- Design customized food, drink, and attraction packages
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude to promote the brand
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts quickly and fairly
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team
