Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Ability to work Saturday, Sunday, and/or evening shifts
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicts
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced family entertainment setting
- Ability to act proactively and take ownership of responsibilities

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests planning events
- Design customized party packages combining food, drinks, and attractions
- Respond to all leads promptly within the same or next business day
- Collaborate with park team to ensure event execution meets guest expectations
- Achieve and exceed sales goals consistently
- Resolve customer conflicts quickly and fairly
- Promote a positive and energetic environment to enhance guest experience
