Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Availability to work weekends and evening shifts
- Ability to resolve conflicts effectively

Job Duties
- Serve as first point of contact for guests planning group events
- Collaborate with guests to design customized food, drinks, and attractions packages
- Respond to leads promptly, usually within same or next business day
- Achieve and exceed sales goals consistently
- Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve conflicts quickly and fairly
- Work closely with park team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Maintain a positive, energetic attitude representing Urban Air with enthusiasm
