Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in family entertainment or event coordination preferred
- excellent communication skills
- highly organized
- ability to work weekends and evenings
- outgoing and personable demeanor
- ability to resolve conflicts quickly and fairly

- Proven experience in event coordination or customer service roles
- excellent verbal and written communication skills

- willingness to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts
Job Duties
- Manage the entire birthday party department
- serve as the first point of contact for guests
- design customized party packages combining food, drinks, and attractions
- train and oversee party staff members
- ensure compliance with the party management system
- exceed guest expectations in service delivery
- collaborate with leadership to drive financial results
- maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment
- handle other duties as assigned
