Urban Air Manchester is currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Party Coordinator to join our vibrant team. As a Party Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests interested in booking birthday parties, church events, sports team gatherings, corporate team building activities, and other special group events. This role is fundamental in designing the perfect combination of food, drinks, and exciting attractions tailored to each group's needs. Your main responsibility will be to sell the joy and excitement that Urban Air offers, ensuring every guest interaction results in a memorable experience and repeat business.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multi-faceted family entertainment environment. You should be personable and outgoing, with excellent verbal and written communication skills that help build and maintain customer relationships. Responding promptly to leads—typically within the same or next business day—is essential, as is a relentless drive to achieve and surpass sales goals. This role is perfect for an individual who loves negotiating and booking sales months in advance and who takes pride in delivering an excellent customer experience. Your day-to-day activities will involve selling the fun, collaborating closely with the Park Team to ensure all group events exceed expectations. You will promote an energetic and enthusiastic atmosphere that encourages guests to experience all the thrilling offerings of Urban Air. Safety is paramount, and you will work in a secure, well-maintained, and sanitary environment. Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and during peak times is required to best support our guests' needs. As a Party Coordinator, you will also be empowered to take initiative—whether that means jumping in to assist a team member, sharing innovative ideas, or addressing any arising needs promptly. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to multitask and manage several priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers interested in booking parties and events
  • Collaborate with guests to design customized party packages including food, drinks, and attractions
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and leads within one business day
  • Promote and sell group event packages such as birthday parties, church events, and corporate team building
  • Work closely with the Park Team to ensure delivery of excellent guest experiences during events
  • Maintain a positive and energetic attitude to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Assist team members and perform other duties as assigned to support overall park success
