Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and manage several priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outgoing and personable with strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced family entertainment environment
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Experience in sales or event coordination preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers interested in booking parties and events
- Collaborate with guests to design customized party packages including food, drinks, and attractions
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and leads within one business day
- Promote and sell group event packages such as birthday parties, church events, and corporate team building
- Work closely with the Park Team to ensure delivery of excellent guest experiences during events
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Assist team members and perform other duties as assigned to support overall park success
