Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- ability to work weekends and evening shifts
- strong communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks and fast-paced environment
- dedication to providing excellent guest experiences
- willingness to follow safety and sanitary standards

- experience in a fast-paced family entertainment or sales environment

- basic computer proficiency for booking and communication
Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for Urban Air guests
- design customized party packages combining food, drinks, and attractions
- respond to all leads promptly within the same or next business day
- coordinate with the park team to deliver excellent guest experiences for all group events
- resolve conflicts quickly and fairly
- work with the leadership team to drive financial results
- ensure a safe, secure, and sanitary environment
