Job Duties

  • Serve as first point of contact for guests interested in booking events
  • Design and sell customized party packages including food, drinks, and attractions
  • Respond promptly to all leads and inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Collaborate with the park team to deliver an exceptional guest experience during events
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals consistently
  • Manage bookings scheduled three months in advance
  • Resolve guest conflicts quickly and fairly while maintaining a positive atmosphere
