Job Duties
- Serve as first point of contact for guests interested in booking events
- Design and sell customized party packages including food, drinks, and attractions
- Respond promptly to all leads and inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up
- Collaborate with the park team to deliver an exceptional guest experience during events
- Achieve and exceed sales goals consistently
- Manage bookings scheduled three months in advance
- Resolve guest conflicts quickly and fairly while maintaining a positive atmosphere
