Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- capacity to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- outgoing and personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- experience in a fast-paced family entertainment or hospitality environment preferred
- strong customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict resolution
- ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up on leads in a timely manner
- positive attitude with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- serve as the first point of contact for guests seeking event bookings
- work with customers to design customized party packages including food, drinks, and attractions
- respond promptly to inquiries and leads, ensuring follow-up within one business day
- promote and sell party packages, aiming to secure bookings three months in advance
- collaborate with the Park Team to deliver excellent guest experiences for group events
- resolve conflicts quickly and fairly to maintain customer satisfaction
- contribute to team efforts by supporting other duties as assigned and proactively addressing needs
