Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in family entertainment or event coordination preferred
- excellent communication skills
- proven leadership and team management abilities

- availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays

Job Duties
- Manage the entire birthday party department
- serve as first point of contact for guests
- customize party packages including food, drinks, and attractions
- train and mentor party staff members
- oversee birthday party operations and adherence to management system
- resolve conflicts quickly and fairly
- work closely with leadership team to drive financial results
- ensure a fun, safe, and sanitary environment
