Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Ability to work weekends and evening shifts
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Willingness to resolve conflicts quickly and fairly
- Enthusiasm for working in a family entertainment setting
- Ability to respond to leads promptly
- Must be outgoing and personable

Job Duties
- Serve as the initial point of contact for guests interested in booking events
- Design and customize party packages combining food, drinks, and attractions
- Respond promptly to all leads within the same or next business day
- Coordinate with the park team to ensure outstanding guest experience during events
- Maintain excellent verbal and written communication with customers
- Resolve conflicts quickly and fairly to maintain guest satisfaction
- Follow up with guests post-event to ensure expectations were exceeded
