Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Availability to work Saturday, Sunday, and evening shifts
- Ability to work in a business casual environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests interested in party bookings
- Design custom event packages combining food, drinks, and attractions
- Respond to all sales leads promptly, typically within the same or next business day
- Collaborate with the Park Team to ensure excellent guest experiences during events
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
- Follow up with guests post-event to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment during all activities
