- previous experience in family entertainment or event coordination preferred
- ability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability

Job Duties
- Manage the entire birthday party department
- serve as the first point of contact for guests
- design custom combinations of food, drinks, and attractions for various group events
- train and mentor party staff members
- oversee birthday party operations and ensure adherence to party management systems
- exceed customer expectations for guest satisfaction
- resolve conflicts quickly and fairly
