Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or event coordination preferred
- availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- ability to work 30-40 hours per week
- must be able to work weekends and evening shifts
- business casual attire adherence
- willingness to work in a dynamic, family-focused environment

Job Duties
- manage the entire birthday party department
- serve as the first point of contact for guests
- design custom food, drink, and attraction packages for various group events
- train party staff members
- oversee birthday operations to ensure smooth execution
- maintain adherence to party management systems
- resolve conflicts quickly and fairly
