- experience in family entertainment or related customer service role
- ability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday full availability
- ability to work evening shifts

Job Duties
- Manage the entire birthday party department
- serve as first point of contact for guests
- design customized party packages including food, drinks, and attractions
- train and mentor party staff members
- oversee birthday operations and ensure party management system adherence
- maintain excellent customer experience and resolve conflicts promptly
- collaborate with leadership team to drive financial results and promote the brand
