Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests interested in party bookings
- Customize party packages to meet customer needs including attractions, food, and drinks
- Respond promptly to all sales leads and inquiries
- Work collaboratively with park team to ensure excellent guest experience
- Resolve conflicts quickly and fairly
- Maintain and exceed sales goals
- Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction post-event
