Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Ability to work weekends and evening shifts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be outgoing and able to engage with customers
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Commitment to providing excellent guest experiences

Job Duties
- Sell party packages and value-added services to guests
- Respond promptly to all party and event inquiries
- Design personalized event combinations including food, drinks, and attractions
- Collaborate with Park Team to ensure excellent guest experience
- Manage bookings and schedule events up to three months in advance
- Resolve conflicts quickly and fairly
- Promote a positive and energetic atmosphere to encourage repeat business and referrals
