Job Duties
- serve as first point of contact for guests
- design customized party packages combining food, drinks, and attractions
- respond to all leads promptly within one business day
- manage bookings three months in advance
- collaborate with park team to ensure excellent guest experiences
- resolve conflicts quickly and fairly
- promote repeat business and referrals through outstanding service
