Job Duties
- serve as the first point of contact for guests seeking party packages
- sell and coordinate birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, and other group functions
- design custom event plans combining food, drinks, and attractions
- respond to leads and customer inquiries promptly, ensuring timely follow-up
- work with the Park Team to ensure excellent guest experiences
- maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment
- collaborate with leadership to achieve store financial goals
- act with initiative to identify and meet needs, share ideas, and support team members
